All the content published on the Feuchurn website, learning portal, book and communication materials is the intellectual property of Feuchurn Private Limited and all rights are reserved by Feuchurn. No part of this content may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted, in any form or by any means, electronic, photographic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise. Our content is protected by copyrights. Any infringement of the copyright would be liable to legal action.
- The Feuchurn portal has been built to put up information about various professions / careers / job roles. This is not an exhaustive list and is only indicative, comprising of certain representative careers / job roles. You agree and understand that this portal is for information purposes only and does not constitute career advice and nor is it a solicitation to pursue a certain educational stream / degree / career and nor is it a solicitation to join a certain institution / organisation. - You are responsible to provide and continue to provide complete and accurate personal details as requested during the setting up of the account. Feuchurn reserves the right to suspend any accounts where a user has supplied us with false information.
- Upon enrolling for the program, you will get non-exclusive, non-transferable access to the content solely for your personal educational purpose.
- Your use of the portal and behaviour must comply with applicable laws and regulations of India. You are solely responsible for the knowledge of and compliance with such laws and regulations that are applicable to you.
- The learning portal enables you to post reviews of the course content and ask questions to the support team. You are responsible for all the content that you post on our portal. You should keep the reviews, questions and any other content you upload in a manner that is professional, considerate and in line with the law, and respect the intellectual property rights of others.
- If we believe your content or behaviour is inappropriate, objectionable or unlawful or violates the intellectual property of others, we may remove your content from our platform.
- Basic decorum, decency and politeness is expected from our learners while interacting on our portal, webinars, social media or other offline programmes. If misconduct is found on the part of any learner, then Feuchurn reserves the right to deny permission to that learner to access our portal or other services.
- Feuchurn reserves the right to ban your account or restrict and/or revoke your access to any content at any point in time with or without notice due to legal or policy reasons, for violation of these Terms, for technical issues or problems or for any other reason in our sole discretion.
- Your content may still be available on the platform even if your account is terminated or suspended. Feuchurn will have no liability to you or any third party for termination of your account, removal of your content, or blocking of your access to our platform.
- When you post content, i.e. answers to the questions posted on the learning portal, comments, questions, reviews or suggestions for improvement/ additions on the portal, you agree to allow Feuchurn to use the content for research, analysis and marketing purposes as well as share this content with third parties that partner with Feuchurn for the same purpose without any obligation to you. Feuchurn may use the material and repurpose it without any restriction. Feuchurn reserves the rights to use any ideas or concepts in the content in any manner that fits the purpose.
- The content/information/services available on Feuchurn’s website, learning portal or social media is subject to change, revision, verification and/or amendment without notice. Such content/services/information may change materially at any time, and you agree and accept the same.
- You understand and acknowledge that accessing/availing any service offered on our website, learning portal, offline sessions, webinars, social media or relying on any opinion, statement, or information presented by Feuchurn shall be at your sole risk.
- No representation or warranty is provided for our content being free of errors, inaccuracies, omissions or for the completeness of the content.
- While using the Feuchurn portal, website or services, you may not:
- access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the platform (including content storage).
- interfere with, or try to circumvent any of the features of the platforms related to security
- Use automated scripts, software, spiders or any other automated means to perform searches on the platform/ website.
- copy, modify, create a derivative work of any of Feuchurn owned content.
- in any way use our services to send altered, deceptive, or false source-identifying information (such as sending email communications falsely appearing as Feuchurn); or interfere with the access of any user or network, by sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing the platforms or services, or in any other manner creating an undue burden on the services.

- The learners would be responsible for their own education, career and life choices. Feuchurn neither guarantees nor makes any representation with respect to the educational courses or careers or jobs offered by any organisation and Feuchurn is not responsible for their quality/features.
- Contexts, situations, technology, environmental factors are constantly evolving. Learners must understand that there may be changes in the world of work as per time.
- Feuchurn’s content brings together knowledge and experiences emerging from the world of work. However, there can be different perspectives beyond those stated in the content for which Feuchurn will not be held liable.
- We use our best efforts to ensure accuracy of the information provided on the learning portal, websites and related services. Indemnification

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and all legal disputes will be in the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
